St. Patrick's Day Rainbow Cupcake

Supplies:

A batch of your favorite cupcakes
1 can of Buttercream Frosting, tinted green with food coloring
Gold sprinkles (Optional)
AirHeads Xtreme rainbow candy strips

Directions:

Bake cupcakes according to directions on box
Tint buttercream frosting green with food coloring
Spread frosting over the cupcakes once they cool
Cut AIrHead Xtreme candy into 1 to 1/2 inches. Press each end of the "rainbow" into the top of the cupcake (as pictured) Press a few mini-marshmallows into the frosting at the ends of the rainbow. Sprinkle on the gold (Optional)
