Enrollment Criteria: The new mother must be less than 29 weeks pregnant, be expecting her first child and meet the same income eligibility criteria as WIC and/or Medicaid.
The goal of the CNSEPT Program is to improve family health, education, social and safety outcomes for expectant and parenting teens and their babies by providing medically-accurate and comprehensive services including linkages to critical resources, ongoing support for health and education, and positive parenting relationship skills instruction using an evidence-based, nationally validated model.

Enrollment Criteria:
Must be between the ages of 13-21. Participant must be expecting or parenting a Native American child under the age of 1. Participant must live within the 10.5 county service area of the Choctaw Nation. Particpants myst be enrolled and attending an educational institution at the time of enrollment or within the first 6 months.
Child Guidance staff provides fee-based services that fall into four general categories: Services to Individual Children and Families, Educational Services to the General Population, Services to professionals, and Community Development.
The Child Guidance Program has three professional components designed to interface to provide a continuum of services to build healthy family relationships and enhance child development. These include Behavioral Health Services, Childhood Development and Parent Education SErvices, and Speech Language Services.

Enrollment Criteria: Child Guidance Services area available to families of children birth up to age 13. Services are provided on a sliding scale based on income and number of people in the family. Child Guidance services are covered under SoonerCare.
Circle of Parents offers the opportunity to participate in weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly meetings with other parents to exchange ideas, share information, develop and practice new parenting skills, learn about community resources and give and receive support. Groups are parent-led with the support of a trained group facilitator. They are conducted in a confidential and non-judgmental manner, are free of charge and provide developmentally appropriate children's programs or child care concurrent with the parent group meetings.
