EOYS partners with families to create safe, healthy, and nuturing home. Our FREE SafeCare program provides in-home, pratical, hands-on support trained Parent Educators to reduce stress and strengthen family relationships. Our goal is simple: to empower caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to support their children's growth and keep their homes sage. We help caregivers build confidence in five key areas: Parent-Child Interactions, Home Safety, Child Health, Managing Child Behavior, and Healthy Relationships.

Services include evaluation services, case management, family training, counseling, and home visits, certain health services, nursing & nutrition services, occupational, physical, and speech- language therapy, and special instruction. Can be provided in home or at daycare.
